Tell your family and friends
Tell your near and dear ones that you are serious about losing weight and that they should not do anything to spoil your plans. Ask them not to tempt you into eating unhealthy or junk food. At times, some people ask you to relent after watching you work out for a few days. Avoid them. If you find that your family is not supportive of your decisions, find support elsewhere. Drink as much water as you can

Get a good night’s sleep
A healthy adult needs seven to eight hours of sleep at night. If you are sleep deprived, it your weight loss efforts may take a nose dive. Not getting enough sleep can lead to overeating.
